คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Environmental Technology or related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in sales/presales management is preferable.
- Experience selling related to Waste water treatment product, Fiber glass, scrubber, GRC etc. will be most advantage.
- Able to work independently with self-initiative and under pressure.
- Always be opened-minded to discuss about new solutions with team.
- A strong analytical mind with good organizing, constructive communications, interpersonal skills, negotiating and closing skills with prospects and customers.
- Have own transportation with valid driver’s license and able to travel.
ลักษณะงาน
- Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our product.
- Earn trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs.
- Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product.
- Conduct regular business reviews, and reports the status of ongoing activities, including any escalated activities to manager.
- Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
- Provide sales forecasts and market needs and requirements to manager.
- Identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets
- Manage relationships with suppliers and execution teams both internal and external to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery
