คุณสมบัติ
- Thai national only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical) or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA can be an added advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a significant portion in wastewater treatment, water management, or environmental services. Prior managerial or leadership experience is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication and decision-making skills to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Strong client management skills, including the ability to build long-term relationships, understand customer needs, and offer tailored engineering solutions.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring all projects adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to engineering projects, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.
- Good command of English with communication level.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD will be advantaged.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of wastewater treatment projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, forecasting, market analysis, and identifying opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Lead and manage the engineering services team, including engineers, scientist, services technicians, and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing their needs, ensuring satisfaction, and managing any issues or concerns related to engineering services.
- Provide technical leadership in the design and development of wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage the division's budget, including estimating costs for projects, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.
- Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity and meet project demands.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and team performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
