1975

The start of Premire Products

Premier Products Co., Ltd. started as an operator, manufacturer and distributor of environmental products. The Company began with the manufacture and distribution of wastewater treatment products under the “SATS” brand with technology from Matsushita Electric Works Ltd. of Japan, which made it the first and only company in Thailand to manufacture and sell to general consumers.
1978

Expanded its production into building & construction materials

Started producing GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) and developing products including soundproofing walls And various products from FRP and FRA materials.
2011

Started producing clean energy products

In May 2011, the Company jointly invested in the solar power business by purchasing the ordinary shares of Infinite Green Co., Ltd. (IGC) equal to 25.01% of its registered capital of 247 million Baht. In 2012, the Company made additional investments in IGC and as at September 26, 2012, the Company held 66.64% of IGC’s shares, which made it a subsidiary company. As at December 31, 2013, the Company’s held 75.60% of IGC’s registered capital of 600 million Baht.
2012

Listed on the stock exchange as a Public Company Limited

On August 22, 2012, the Company converted into a public company limited and increased its registered capital from 217.50 million Baht to 300 million Baht through the issuance of 82.50 million capital increase ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Baht per share.

The current vision and mission are approved in the Meeting of the Board of Directors No. 4/2024 held on November 8, 2024. In this regard, the Company’s policy prescribes that the Board of Directors is required to annually review such main vision and mission.
