คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in pump and/or wastewater treatment equipment
- Proven experience in a technical sales support role, preferably in the submersible pump.
- Strong understanding of submersible pump technology and related mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in using CRM, AutoCAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of English with communication level.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and 3D program will be advantaged.
ลักษณะงาน
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Educate and train the sales team on the technical aspects of our submersible pump products.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and potential customers.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, bids, and quotations, including technical specifications and pricing.
- Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom solutions when required.
- Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues raised by customers.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and build relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical documentation, and sales support activities.
