Therefore, we have established the following guiding principles as our working policy:

1. The management systems for quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and working conditions are integral parts of our business operations. These systems support the company’s strategies, vision, mission, and stakeholder expectations.
2. The company is committed to the continuous development and improvement of practices to enhance customer satisfaction, protect the environment, and prevent pollution, injuries, illnesses, and fatalities among employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
3. The company promotes, supports, and communicates responsibilities to all parties involved throughout the entire process—from upstream to downstream—to ensure compliance with relevant standards, requirements, and laws regarding quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and working conditions. This is achieved through the establishment of objectives, targets, and action plans for continual improvement.
4. The company will encourage and allocate sufficient personnel, resources, time, budget, and appropriate training.
5. The company will monitor and review to ensure that processes are in place for assessing risks and opportunities, as well as reducing risks that may impact business, strategy, and stakeholders in terms of quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and working conditions.

Labor Social Responsibility Policy

Premier Products Public Company Limited operates in the fields of environmental solutions, construction materials, and clean energy. We are committed to implementing the Thai Labor Standards system to enhance competitiveness and improve the quality of work life for all employees, suppliers, and subcontractors. We aim to foster continuous improvement within our organization and in collaborative efforts with others, ensuring a healthy, safe, and fair working environment in accordance with labor laws.

To fulfill this commitment, the Company has established the following labor social responsibility policy:

• The labor social responsibility management system is an integral part of our business operations. It is the responsibility of all employees, at every level, as well as suppliers and subcontractors, to participate, provide feedback, and work together to achieve the labor objectives set forth in this policy.
• The Company shall not engage in or support any form of forced labor. We will not collect security deposits or retain personal documents of employees, except where required by law.
• The Company shall pay wages and compensation in accordance with applicable labor laws. We will not deduct wages as a form of disciplinary action and will not impose physical or psychological punishment or coercion. Measures will be taken to prevent sexual harassment or abuse of female and underage employees.
• The Company treats all employees equally and does not engage in or support discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, language, age, gender, marital status, disability, union membership, political opinion, HIV status, drug dependency, or personal beliefs.
• The Company respects employees’ rights to freedom of association, including the right to form or join labor unions. We will not interfere with or obstruct employees’ rights in this regard.
• The Company does not employ or support the employment of children under the age of 15. Pregnant employees will be assigned to safe and non-hazardous tasks, and their employment, position, or benefits will not be terminated or reduced due to pregnancy.
• The Company complies with applicable laws, Thai Labor Standards, occupational safety standards, international declarations on human rights, and United Nations guidelines on the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients, as well as relevant international conventions.
• The Company supports the allocation of necessary resources—including personnel, time, budget, training, and awareness campaigns—to prevent issues related to drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, and tuberculosis, and to ensure non-discriminatory treatment of individuals affected by these conditions.
• The Company promotes two-way communication (Two-Way Communication) and encourages employee engagement through various working groups (Small Group Activities), leading to improvements in quality of work life and overall work performance.
• This Labor Social Responsibility Policy has been documented, published, and distributed to all employees at every level, as well as to suppliers and subcontractors, for acknowledgment and compliance. Performance will be regularly monitored and reviewed to ensure alignment with the established policy and objectives, with the goal of continuously improving and sustaining the Thai Labor Standards system.

Energy Policy

Premier Products Public Company Limited is committed to implementing an Energy Management System within the organization, recognizing that energy conservation is essential and a shared responsibility of all employees at every level. The company aims to manage energy systematically and sustainably.

To this end, the Company has established the following Energy Policy as a guiding framework for energy-related operations, promoting the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in energy usage:

1. Develop and integrate an appropriate Energy Management System as part of the company’s operations, in compliance with applicable laws and other relevant requirements.
2. Continuously improve the efficiency of the organization’s energy resource usage, in line with the nature of its industry, installed technologies, and best practices.
3. Set annual energy conservation targets, including the procurement of energy-efficient products and services, and ensure all employees understand and correctly implement the associated practices.
4. Energy conservation is the responsibility of both management and employees at all levels. Everyone is expected to cooperate in implementing energy-saving measures, monitoring performance, and reporting to the Energy Management Committee.
5. Provide the necessary support, including human resources, budget, information systems, and other relevant resources such as work time, training, and opportunities for participation and feedback to drive energy improvements.
6. Monitor, review, and evaluate energy performance and continually update the Energy Policy and related practices for ongoing improvement.

This Energy Policy has been documented, communicated, and distributed to all employees across all levels. The Company encourages participation through working groups and various communication channels to ensure proper implementation and the ongoing maintenance of this policy.

Tax Compliance Policy

The Company is committed to conducting its business with transparency and fairness in accordance with international standards. It also upholds its responsibilities to society and all stakeholders in alignment with principles of good corporate governance and business ethics. In pursuit of a balanced and sustainable future for the business, employees, and society, the Company has established the following Tax Compliance Policy:

1. Implement tax planning and management practices that comply with applicable legal frameworks and are aligned with the Premier Group’s policies.
2. Ensure accurate and timely filing, payment, and/or refund of taxes in accordance with relevant legal deadlines.
3. Plan, study, and analyze tax implications of all investment projects, utilizing tax privileges and incentives lawfully and appropriately.
4. Appoint qualified personnel and certified auditors to oversee tax matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance with actual business operations.
