Therefore, we have established the following guiding principles as our working policy:

- The company is committed to the continuous development and improvement of practices to enhance customer satisfaction, protect the environment, and prevent pollution, injuries, illnesses, and fatalities among employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- The company promotes, supports, and communicates responsibilities to all parties involved throughout the entire process—from upstream to downstream—to ensure compliance with relevant standards, requirements, and laws regarding quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and working conditions. This is achieved through the establishment of objectives, targets, and action plans for continual improvement.
- The company will encourage and allocate sufficient personnel, resources, time, budget, and appropriate training.
- The company will monitor and review to ensure that processes are in place for assessing risks and opportunities, as well as reducing risks that may impact business, strategy, and stakeholders in terms of quality, environment, occupational health, and safety, and working conditions.
