Labor Social Responsibility Policy
Premier Products Public Company Limited, operating in the environmental, construction materials, and clean energy sectors, is committed to implementing the Thai Labor Standards System to enhance the quality of work life for employees, suppliers, subcontractors, and contractors, in line with respect for human rights and fair labor practices . The company has therefore established the following social responsibility policy regarding labor.
- The labor social responsibility management system is an integral part of business operations and is the responsibility of all employees at all levels, suppliers, subcontractors, and employees working in the company to participate in expressing opinions and participating in implementation in order for labor operations to achieve the established policies .
- The Company will not engage in or support the use of forced labor in any form, including not collecting any security deposits or identification documents from employees, except as required by law.
- The Company will pay wages, compensation and rest periods in accordance with the law. The Company will not deduct or reduce wages for disciplinary action , including the use of physical punishment . Mentally or physically coerced or threatened employees, including setting measures to prevent employees and children from being sexually abused and subjected to violence.
- The Company treats its employees, customers, business partners , suppliers and subcontractors equally and does not commit or support any acts of obstruction, hindrance or interference. Any discrimination on the basis of nationality, race, religion , language , age, gender, marital status, disability, or membership in a trade union. Political popularity, HIV patients, drug addicts, and personal ideology.
- The Company respects the rights of employees to associate, to form and participate in employee organizations, and to refrain from taking any action that would obstruct or interfere with the exercise of such rights by employees.
- The Company does not employ or support the employment of children under the age of 15 years and provides safe and secure work for pregnant women. The Company will not terminate, demote, or reduce benefits.
- The company complies with laws, Thai labor standards, safety standards, international declarations such as human rights, and the treatment of HIV / AIDS patients. In accordance with the requirements of the United Nations, including relevant conventions .
- The company supports resources such as personnel, time, budget, training, promotion of campaigns to prevent drug problems, HIV, AIDS, tuberculosis and promotional activities that do not discriminate against HIV patients and drug addicts.
- The Company encourages female employees to breastfeed their children. Employees are allowed to store breast milk for their children at any time on the Company’s premises, while receiving regular wages. Breastfeeding employees are provided with safe, non-hazardous work environments and are not terminated, demoted, or otherwise restricted from pregnancy benefits.
- The Company promotes two-way communication and encourages participation in operations through various working groups ( Small Group Activity ) , leading to the development of quality of life and quality of work ( Quality of Work Life & Quality of Work ) . Collaborate and support savings, including additional career opportunities for employees, or career preparation before retirement.
This Labor Social Responsibility Policy is published, documented and provided to employees, suppliers and subcontractors. Employers must adhere to these principles and monitor and review the results of their work to ensure they are in line with the established policies and objectives. This is to improve and develop the Thai labor standards system to create a better quality of life for workers and ensure continued sustainability.
