The company organizes the risk management system in all organizations e.g. Premier Products Pubic Company Limited and its subsidiary companies in the line of risk management (ISO 31000). This system will be efficient on management which may effect to its business operations; and have the risk management to be a part of any conclusions, company strategies, business plans and operations. The risk management system is recognized in company objectives, goals, vision, mission and strategies for reaching the company achievements and raising confidence to all concerns.
The company will organize the risk management as employee’s responsibility in all position levels by employees realize in the risk of their internal operations and companyappropriately.
The company will encourage, support and improve all employees having the relevant information and taking the risk management as business tool for executing their internal operations to become the company culture.
The company will arrange the manuals and procedures along with monitoring on risk management consecutively. Besides, the company will follow up and evaluate the performances at least 1 time/year.
The company will take the information system applied into the risk management processes, encourage all employees accessing all risk management information and efficiently manage the risk management report as well.
